My Path to Resilient Energy
I didn’t come to this work in a straight line.
I came through injury, anxiety, movement, and learning how to rebuild from the inside out — again and again.
My professional health and wellness path began in acute care nursing, supporting people through illness, injury, and recovery — often during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. I witnessed strength every day. I also saw firsthand that recovery doesn’t end when someone leaves the hospital. Some people struggle quietly afterward — emotionally depleted, physically disconnected, and unsure how to rebuild energy or routine in everyday life.
At the same time, I was navigating my own healing.
I’ve lived with lifelong anxiety. I’ve experienced major injuries, including ACL reconstruction with a fractured tibia and severe burn injuries requiring skin graft surgeries, and an unplanned C-section. Each recovery forced me to slow down when everything in me wanted to push forward.
This led me to create The Resilient Reset Method™
