All purchases made through Resilient Energy Nursing, PC are subject to this Refund Policy.

By purchasing any product, service, or program, including The Resilient Reset Method, you agree to the terms outlined below.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND COURSES

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to proprietary materials, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Online courses
  • Digital downloads
  • Program materials
  • Recorded content

Once access has been granted, no refunds will be issued.

PAYMENT PLANS

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Failure to complete payments does not cancel your obligation. You will remain responsible for the full purchase amount.

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or revoke access to the program
  • Send outstanding balances to collections if necessary

EXCEPTION (IF APPLICABLE)

At our sole discretion, we may consider refund requests in rare circumstances.

DUPLICATE PURCHASES

Technical issues do not qualify for refunds if access to the product has been provided.

By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

If a chargeback is initiated:

  • You may be restricted from future purchases
  • We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback
