My Path to Resilient Energy
I didn’t come to this work in a straight line.
I came through injury, anxiety, movement, and learning how to rebuild from the inside out — again and again.
My professional health and wellness path began in acute care nursing, supporting people through illness, injury, and recovery — often during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. I witnessed strength every day. I also saw firsthand that recovery doesn’t end when someone leaves the hospital. Some people struggle quietly afterward — emotionally depleted, physically disconnected, and unsure how to rebuild energy or routine in everyday life.
At the same time, I was navigating my own healing.
I’ve lived with lifelong anxiety. I’ve experienced major injuries, including ACL reconstruction with a fractured tibia and severe burn injuries requiring skin graft surgeries. I had an unplanned C-section. Each recovery forced me to slow down when everything in me wanted to push forward.Â
These experiences taught me something medicine alone couldn’t:
Healing isn’t just physical.
It’s how supported your nervous system feels.
It’s emotional.
It’s relational — shaped by connection and community.
It’s how safe you feel in your own body.
I’ve practiced yoga for over 25 years and trained in Jiu-Jitsu for seven — learning resilience through discipline, humility, and movement. Beyond nursing, I’ve worked in environmental conservation, organic farming, gardening, and creative work with flowers.
I’m an avid hiker who feels deeply connected to nature and the ocean. Movement has always been part of my healing — from yoga to city and trail walks — including completing a marathon and two half marathons. These experiences taught me about seasons, patience, nourishment, and the quiet power of small daily rhythms.
I grew up in Washington, D.C., lived in Pittsburgh, PA, and eventually found my way to California — a lifelong dream — first Los Angeles, now the South Bay. I’ve also traveled to different countries to experience new cultures and cuisines, deepening my appreciation for food, tradition, and the many ways people care for their health around the world.
Over time, I began weaving together everything I had lived and learned: clinical care, integrative nursing, nervous-system regulation, nutrition, movement, and sustainable lifestyle practices. What emerged was a whole-person approach to healing — one that honors both grit and gentleness.
That’s where Resilient Energy was born.
Not as a program about doing more —
but as an invitation to do things differently.
Resilient Energy brings together clinical experience, lived healing, and integrative practices to support people who feel overwhelmed, depleted, or disconnected from themselves. It’s for those recovering from stress, injury, burnout, or major life transitions — and for anyone ready to rebuild energy in a way that feels human, sustainable, and kind.
Resilience is both strength and care.
It’s knowing when to push, when to pause.
It’s remembering we heal best in community.
I’m deeply grateful for my family, friends, husband, son, and the larger community — and I’m honored to create a space where we can grow stronger together.
You don’t need to become someone new.
You just need space to come home to yourself.

Many of us move through chronic stress, recovery, caregiving, or major life transitions without the support we need to feel steady again. Resilient Energy offers a gentler, more sustainable approach to resilience, energy, and emotional well-being.
This work weaves together:
*Nervous-system education
*Integrative nursing expertise
*Lived experienceÂ
*Compassionate, practical guidance
The intention is simple: to help you return to yourself — steadier, clearer, and more resilient from the inside out.
Who This Is For
Resilient Energy is for people who feel:
*Overwhelmed or depleted
*Disconnected from their bodies
*Stuck in cycles of stress, burnout, or recovery

It’s for anyone who wants practical tools to feel steadier, rebuild energy, and create supportive routines that fit real life.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need a place to start.
(The Resilient Reset Method™ and future offerings are designed to support nervous system regulation, lifestyle integration, and sustainable practices — whether through movement, nutrition, or guided education.)
The Approach
Resilient Energy is grounded in:
*Nervous-system awareness — learning to listen to your body
*Compassionate pacing — responding to stress with care
*Sustainable practices — small, repeatable rhythms that honor both rest and growth
Here, progress looks like:
*Building small, steady daily routines
*Reconnecting with your body and energy
*Honoring both rest and growth
