COURSE TERMS & ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT

(The Resilient Reset Method)

• 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

  By purchasing or enrolling in The Resilient Reset Method (the “Program”), you agree to be bound by this Course Terms & Enrollment Agreement (“Agreement”).

  If you do not agree to these terms, you should not purchase or access the Program.

  2. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

  The Program is an online educational course designed to provide information, tools, and guidance related to wellness, lifestyle, and personal development.

  The Program is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

  3. NO MEDICAL ADVICE OR CLINICAL RELATIONSHIP

  Although the Program is created by Elena Ramsey, a licensed Registered Nurse, the Program:

  • Does not provide medical advice
  • Does not diagnose or treat any condition
  • Does not establish a nurse-patient relationship

  You acknowledge that the Program is offered solely in an educational and wellness capacity.

  You should consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.

  4. USER LICENSE (LIMITED USE)

  Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Program for your personal, non-commercial use only.

  You may not:

  • Share, distribute, or reproduce Program content
  • Share login credentials
  • Upload or distribute materials online
  • Teach, resell, or repurpose the content

  Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

  5. ACCOUNT ACCESS

  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

  You agree not to share your account with others.

  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if account sharing or misuse is suspected.

  6. PAYMENT TERMS

  By enrolling in the Program, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

  If you select a payment plan:

  • You are responsible for completing all payments
  • Failure to complete payments does not cancel your obligation

  We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or revoke access for non-payment
  • Take reasonable steps to recover unpaid balances

  7. REFUND POLICY

  All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

  Due to the digital nature of the Program, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

  8. NO GUARANTEES

  We make no guarantees regarding outcomes or results from participation in the Program.

  Results vary based on individual factors, including effort, consistency, and personal circumstances.

  9. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

  You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in the Program and are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

  10. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

  You understand that engaging in wellness and lifestyle practices involves inherent risks.

  By participating in the Program, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.

  11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  All Program materials, including but not limited to:

  • Videos
  • PDFs
  • Worksheets
  • Audio content

  are the intellectual property of Resilient Energy Nursing, PC.

  All rights are reserved.

  12. TERMINATION

  We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Program at any time, without notice, if you violate this Agreement.

  13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resilient Energy Nursing, PC and Elena Ramsey shall not be liable for any damages arising from your participation in the Program.

  14. INDEMNIFICATION

  You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resilient Energy Nursing, PC and Elena Ramsey from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Program.

  15. GOVERNING LAW

  This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

  16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California.

  You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

  17. MODIFICATIONS

  We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting.
